Enquiry details you send through our contact form: name, email, phone number, project type, location and your message.
Correspondence when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
Technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and take steps before entering a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To deliver our design services once engaged (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
To meet accounting and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To load optional third-party content such as Google Maps, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site and business — website hosting and database providers, and Google (if you accept map cookies). They process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.
